This policy is generated from the build profiles declared in the game's own manifest, so it describes what each build actually contains rather than what anyone remembers about it. Each heading below is one shipped build.

The App Store app (iPhone)

• Loads over the network, so the host serving it sees the ordinary request your browser makes, including your IP address.
• Counts gameplay events under a random identifier stored on your device. No name, no email, no account, no advertising identifier.
• Contains no advertising SDK and makes no ad request.
• Contains no in-app purchases.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this build asks on first launch before anything is collected; everywhere else collection is on from the start. Either way "Share play data" in Settings turns it off, and turning it off stops the counting.

The browser version (this site)

• Loads over the network, so the host serving it sees the ordinary request your browser makes, including your IP address.
• Counts gameplay events under a random identifier stored on your device. No name, no email, no account, no advertising identifier.
• Contains no advertising SDK and makes no ad request.
• Contains no in-app purchases.

Counts the same gameplay events as the App Store app, under the same random per-install id, with the same first-launch question in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland and the same "Share play data" switch in Settings.

The CrazyGames portal build

• Loads over the network, so the host serving it sees the ordinary request your browser makes, including your IP address.
• Counts gameplay events under a random identifier stored on your device. No name, no email, no account, no advertising identifier.
• Contains no advertising SDK and makes no ad request.
• Contains no in-app purchases.

Runs inside CrazyGames' own page. Counts the same gameplay events as the App Store app, with the same first-launch question in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland and the same "Share play data" switch in Settings.

The Poki portal build (offline proof)

• Makes no network connections of any kind. There is no telemetry upload, no crash reporter and no ad request, because the networking code is not in the build at all.
• Sends no analytics of any kind.
• Contains no advertising SDK and makes no ad request.
• Contains no in-app purchases.

This build is an offline proof of the Poki packaging path and is not yet live on Poki. It makes no network connections and collects no analytics.

Universal opt-out signals

Any build of this game that runs in a browser reads the Global Privacy Control signal (navigator.globalPrivacyControl) the moment it starts. A signal received this way turns off gameplay analytics and personalised ads for that install immediately, with no dialog shown, the same outcome as declining the in-game privacy question, and it is honoured as a standing opt-out request, not a one-time answer.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To stop this game sharing device data with an advertiser to choose an ad, or sending gameplay analytics, open Settings inside the game and turn off “Personalised ads” and “Share play data”: the same controls the first-run question sets, where a build has one; a build that never asks that question shows neither control because there is nothing to turn off. If Settings is not reachable on your build, email dev@thecanaria.com and ask; the request is honoured the same way.

Purpose of use

Where a build's profile permits it, the data described above is collected only for: measuring which levels are started and cleared, to tune difficulty and the in-game economy, and diagnosing crashes and errors. It is tied to a random identifier generated for this install, never a name, an email or an account, and it is never sold.
